Does Flowers by Fruit use any preservatives?

NO! Flowers by Fruit contains no added preservatives in any of the fruits used to create our arrangements.

How long will my Flowers by Fruit arrangement last?

Your Flowers by Fruit arrangement will last up to 3 days if you do one of the following:
a) Cover the fruit whilst still in its bouquet with a plastic bag and tie at the base and place in the refrigerator or
b) Carefully remove fruit from stems place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

I love the Flowers by Fruit arrangements but I would like something more specific, can Flowers by Fruithelp me?

Yes. Our Flowers by Fruit team members can create a tailor made gift to your specifications with adequate notice. Please contact a Flowers by Fruit team member on 1300 767 325 and they will discuss your ideas and we’ll provide you with a quote.

What is the deadline for placing an order with Flowers by Fruit if I want same day delivery?

Same day deliveries are guaranteed for orders placed before 10.00am Monday – Friday (please note Seasonal Fruit Baskets, Party of Fruit and Eves Wedding must be placed by 5pm the day before).

When can I expect Flowers by Fruit to deliver?

All deliveries between Monday to Friday will arrive at the business addresses by 5.30pm AEST and to residential addresses before 6.30pm. Please note that during peak times such as Valentine’s Day, delivery to homes may be as late at 7.30pm.

For Saturday deliveries, an order must be placed no later than 5pm on the previous Friday.

We are closed Sunday as this is a familyday.

We are closed on public holidays.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If no-one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift with a neighbour and a calling card advising of where the recipient can collect their gift.

Where do you deliver?

Flowers by Fruit currently delivers within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. We are happy to go outside the metro area but additional delivery costs apply

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

Unfortunately Flowers by Fruit is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible.
There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it.
If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect the delivery.

What if the recipient isn’t home to receive their gift?

If the recipient is not home to receive their gift, it is Flowers by Fruit policy to leave the gift with a neighbour and leave a calling card either underneath the door or in the letter box to advise of where the gift can be collected from.

If you instruct the Flowers by Fruit  to leave the gift at the front door team to leave, Flowers by Fruit is not responsible for the condition of the goods by the time the recipient collects them, nor can Flowers by Fruit be responsible if the gift is stolen

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes you can request a specific delivery time when ordering.
However, please note that we may not always be able to guarantee delivery at the time requested under the standard delivery fee. You are able to upgrade to our VIP service that allows your to specify a delivery time and guarantees your gift will arrive as close to your requested time as possible. Please note that VIP spaces are limited. Please see our delivery policy for more details.

 Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail for on line orders. If there are any problems processing your payment or we require further information re the delivery, one of our Flowers by Fruit team members will contact you personally.

What method of payment is accepted?

Flowers by Fruit accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and DINERS cards for online payments. All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery. We also accept PAYPAL

What if I’m a corporate account?

Approved corporate accounts will receive an invoice within 24 hours of ordering and are required to settle their account within a 14 days.

Can I change details of an order?

You may change the address details or message on the gift card for an order up until 10am of the day of the order is meant to be delivered. A $5 administration charge may apply if your order has already been processed and new label or gift card needs to be generated.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, we will need a minimum 24 hours notice and a $10 administration fee applies. Any changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% your total order including the delivery fee.

Is my personal information secure when I order online?

www.flowersbyfruit.com is hosted on a secure SSL server. Your credit card details will be removed from our records once the order has been processed.

I want to set up a corporate account?

If you intend to use our services regularly we provide a 14 day account service for you.
